I have a 1981 Johnson 90 Hp 4V, when running it in the water at full throtle it seems as if one or two of the cylinders are cutting out (power drops).  They will come back in and the engine eccelerates.  This happens over and over.  How can I check to see if the power pack is the problem or if it is the coils?
