I have a motorguide pro series 4300 2003 model trolling motor and when I switch to the higher speeds (3,4,5) it spins about a quarter turn then hesitates then spins and so on, it never spins continuously. Sometimes it quits all together. I have recently replaced the power cord, rotary switch and just replaced the toggle switch and still have the same problem. Any thoughts on what it might be would be appreciated. Thanks for your time and help. Pat Dunne
