this motor is a 4 speed forward and reverse motor with a momentary position. the motor will run both forward and reverse in hi speed position 4. no other position runs. can you help me determine which component may be causing this. note: fuse and forward/reverse toggle seem to be fine, there is a switch which rotates to change speeds and a circuit down at motor which I have no idea if it could cause this. problem started after motor was left in the on position with prop against  a brkt. stoping prop from moving. .  thanks jim.
