i would like to know what type of lubricant i should use to replace what goes in the lower unit and how much i need. also if theres any special procedure.thank you

Hello,

If the motor is electric shift you will want to use Evinrude/Johnson Premium Blend Gearcase Lubricant; It the motor is not electric shift you should be fine using Evinrude/Johnson Hi-Vis Lubricant. The capacity listed is 9 ounces. Hope that helps!
