Help lower cylinder sparkplug doesnt spark

I have a Johnson 4 model #j4brhcta and the lower spark plug doesnt spark but the top spark plug sparks and i cant take the flywheel off to check if the magneto is touching so anyway how do i take the flywheel off and how can i get the lower spark plug to spark

From what I show, you should have 2 ignition coils on that motor. It sounds like one of them is bad. You can try switching them to isolate the problem. I hope that helps

if u go to harbor freight u can buy a puller to take off the fly wheel , then u can see if the points look bad
