Crowley Marine gladly accepts orders from all around the world.  We currently are shipping everything from individual parts to complete powerheads and gearcases to every major country.  With our shipping arrangements with major carriers and state of the art fraud detection, we can ship our entire line of products quickly -- at a reasonable price.

Shipping

International orders are shipped anywhere in the world in one of two ways: 

If the order is 5 lbs. or under, then we are able to ship the package for just under $10.00 per pound. The box is first shipped via FedEx to your local post office and then your local post office will deliver the package to you. FedEx is unable to supply us with a tracking number and those shipments are not insured. A total estimated shipping time from us to FedEx to your post office to you is around 15-20 business days, but it can take longer.

If the order is over 5 lbs., then the package will be shipped via UPS, with shipping calculated based off of total weight.

Powerheads, Gearcases, Sterndrives, etc.
We do ship these products all over the globe for a relatively low price and shipping is around a week.  The shipping charges for these items are much higher than quoted online, but we pay a portion of the shipping costs to keep the prices low.  All powerhead, gearcase or sterndrive orders must include the model number for OMC, Johnson, and Evinrude; or the serial number for Mercury, Mercruiser and Force.  If you are ordering a Force powerhead we will also need to know the casting number of your block before we can ship it.

Duties and Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to duties or taxes which are required when the shipment is received.  The charges are the responsibility of the recipient and we have no control or knowledge over what they may be.  Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Product Warranties
All of our product warranties are still in effect for international customers; however, we cannot cover the shipping charges as we usually would.  Any warranty issue would need to be inspected by us first so we require that all shipping to and from us to be handled by the customer.  All of our remanufactured products are built to exceed OEM specifications and all of our new parts are Genuine OEM so we have very few warranty claims.

Payment
Wire transfer is the preferred payment method for international orders, but we can accept credit card as well for orders under $500.00.  We verify all credit card orders with the issuing bank so, if there are any problems contacting the bank, the shipping may be delayed a couple of days.  We can also accept credit card orders over $500.00 from previous customers or with photocopies of a matching government issued ID and banking information.  You can enter the credit card information when checking out, or, if you would like to use wire transfer, please call us for the transfer information.
